Subjective opinion is easily confused with objective reality. Say something long enough and you start to believe it. Potential scenarios become probable certainties. The longer you say it, the more you lose sight of the fact it may not be true. Invented thoughts turn into embedded beliefs. Say something enough times, in enough environments, to enough people, and you’ll confuse it for reality. Tomorrow’s possibilities create today’s anxieties.

Don’t listen to yourself on-autopilot. Talk to yourself on-purpose.
Do the work.
