Sadly, most people won’t meet this standard

Earning something you deeply desire follows this timeless truth: it’s possible and it takes exactly what it takes.

If you don’t know, go study. If you don’t understand, go ask. If you don’t have experience, go do. If you don’t have confidence, go practice.

Sometimes it’s a direct path, sometimes it’s winding. Sometimes it’s fair, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s fun, sometimes it’s a fight.

You get what you want when you do everything it takes for as long as it takes to get it. Nothing less gets you there. Most won’t argue that statement, but most won’t work at that standard. Be the exception, not the norm.

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
