Don’t endure what you can avoid. Don’t avoid what you have to endure.

Unnecessary stress is too damaging. Too often, people accept or enable harmful things to stay in their life that are avoidable.

Some things can’t be avoided. You have to face them, now or later, sometimes unpredictably. Attachment to comfort can cause as much damage as the presence of unnecessary stress.

Avoid or endure. Choose your path and take it.

Do the work.
