Why remain average when you can be elite?

Brian Kight - 8/6/17 4:30 PM

Are you responsible for becoming the best version of yourself?

The short answer is yes.

If you have a pulse and someone is counting on you, who you are and who you become matters. The path of least resistance does not lead you to the best version of you. If it's easy, you may be doing it wrong.

The charge intensifies for leaders. People's lives and futures rely on the actions of leaders. If you are in a position of leadership, becoming the best version of you is not only a responsibility, it is a mandate.

It is stewardship to care for the tools and gifts and opportunities you are given. Why remain average when you can be elite? An unintentional life is wasteful and lazy.

You get to choose. There are consequences for who you choose to be.
